Aiming to promote scientific research in the area of international taxation in Ukraine and in accordance with 2011 Activity Plan, IFA Ukraine is pleased to announce another in a series of Best Publication Awards.
The award will be seeking for a talented work addressing international fiscal matters, i.e. comparative or local fiscal law with the focus on cross-border taxation.
Competition Rules are as follows:
· Lawyers, accountants and economists (including students) under 35 years are eligible to apply, irrespectively of IFA Ukraine Membership admittance;
· The Jury will only accept an original work making either a theoretical or a practical contribution to the study of the effects of taxation in regards to international taxation or comparative tax law;
· Only one-author papers may be submitted for consideration;
· Number of pages is restricted to 10 pages (Times New Roman /12/ 1.5);
· The paper must not have been published more than 2 years previously;
· Papers entered for the Award should be submitted both in electronic and hard copies in English on or before October 30 2011.
IFA Ukraine Board Members will act as Jury of the Best Publication Award.
The winner of the competition will be granted a 1000 EUR prize. In addition, the paper will be posted on the IFA Ukraine web-site and published in IFA Ukraine International Tax Bulletin.
